Who is Tenang for?
Tenang is for small business owners in Malaysia who feel uncertain about their direction, want a clearer picture of the year ahead, or simply need a calm, structured space to think through where they are going. You do not need to be in crisis — many of our clients are simply doing fine and want to do better, at a pace that suits them.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are conversational. We ask questions, listen carefully, and help you see your situation more clearly. There is no fixed agenda imposed on you — we follow what is most useful for you at that point. After each session, you receive a written summary or set of notes so the thinking is preserved.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on what you need. The Settling In engagement is a single session plus follow-up writing — typically completed within one to two weeks. The Steady Path Review runs over five weeks. The Settled Partnership spans six months with monthly sessions. All timelines are designed to be unhurried.
What do the fees include?
All fees cover the full engagement as described — sessions, written outputs, and follow-up where applicable. There are no hidden add-ons. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit: RM 710 for Settling In, RM 1,950 for the Steady Path Review, and RM 3,420 for the Settled Partnership.
Are sessions in person or online?
We meet in person at our George Town office where possible, as many owners find face-to-face conversation more natural. Online sessions via video call are also available for clients across Malaysia who prefer it.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes, completely. Everything discussed in sessions and written deliverables is treated as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client information. The space we create is meant to be one where you can speak candidly without concern.
